Nice looking restaurant with a nice feel. As soon as you walk in you are promptly seated. Staff is very attentive with getting your drink order and then your food order. In my opinion, they are trained very well because they seem to know what they're talking about. I like the fact that they're all dressed very well. My number one item their house salad which is always fresh and crisp. Your can't go wrong with their thousand island our house honey mustard dressing. Pair the salad up with a lobster bisque and those yummy cheddar biscuits and you have a great lunch. Lots of people frequent frequent this restaurant so their doing something right. They also have a popular bar area. I look forward to the next time.

Food tends to be poorly prepared and haphazardly handled. It seems, from the appearance of the food, the cooks don't care about quality. They seem to only want to shove out all they can without any effort. Very poor location. I advice any other location.

Terrible service! Things started out okay and went bad quick. The waitress was absolutely awful. We decided to go and have the all you can eat shrimp before it expired on a Saturday night at 6:30. The first round came out in a reasonable time but after that the waitress wouldn't even look at us! Finally we got the managers attention and explained how bad things were going. She was incredible! She proceeded to bring out more shrimp than we could eat! The only reason I gave the rating I did is because she made things better. The night was still a disaster but it would have been worse if it weren't for the manager. Overall grade "C-".

Forgettable. The food is too pricey for what you get. It's Chili's quality food, but they try to pass it off as an upscale dining experience. The waitstaff was inattentive 3/4 times we went. I do love the cheddar biscuits, but that's it.

Two stars because our server, Elvis, was excellent. It took a bit long for us to order drinks, but I think the hostess sat us and didn't tell him we were there, because after that, he was perfect. Then there was the food. We ordered the lobster and seafood artichoke dip, which was okay. The lobster on top was salty and fishy-tasting, and seemed like it was just thrown on top of the dip. My husband ordered the fish and chips, which he said were not great. I got the garlic lobster bake with corn and potatoes(~$25). The lobster was so overdone it had curled completely out of the shells, the potatoes were disintegrated halfway and total mush. The "broth" at the bottom of the pan looked and tasted like water after you've boiled seafood in it. And there were huge chunks of raw garlic in it. The corn was the only good part of that dish. Also, I ended up getting really sick to my stomach after eating here. We won't be going back, and I'd advise you not to visit either. Go to Pearl's, pay about the same, and get drastically better food.

Everyone know's all about Red Lobster already right? Anyways..... this was a really nice night out with friends and was a delicious low key choice. I had my normal popcorn shrimp with baked potato and Caesar salad. It was the same it has been since I was a kid, excellent. It is not quite New Orleans right of the boat excellent, but it is about as good as you can get here in land locked Oklahoma. The main reason for my review would be my wife's lobster fish tacos. She raved about them at the table. She kept humming as she ate them. And still raved about them the next day, and the next day..... They looked really tasty and I did try a bite. The lobster was really really good and they had large chunks throughout. Of course the salad and cheddar bay biscuits were really good and I could have filled up on the endless biscuits!

My husband, little one and I needed a place to go for Good Friday that didn't serve meat. We arrived around 530pm and were instantly seated. This was of course after being greeted by any staff that passed us. Our waiter (Shelton I think) was extremely friendly and attentive. He immediately took our drink orders before another server asked if we needed anything. Needless to say, they were on it in the customer service department. Might I add their handcrafted strawberry lemonade is a tall and wonderful drink for those who can't consume alcohol (I'm pregnant). Within minutes of getting our drinks, the biscuits and salads came out. I think this was the fastest I've experienced at a Red Lobster to date. I enjoyed a Lobsterfest special that was extremely tasty. My husband liked his combo platter. All in all, this was a very great experience in a clean environment with a super friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely come back!

Red Lobster. Good food at a good price, everyone knows what Red Lobster is. Tonight I want to talk about the word "experience." What? At Red Lobster? Yes. Exactly. We had a very new waitress, who has a very nice career ahead of her should she decide to stay in this line of work. Katie was very personable, maybe a little inexperienced, but an extremely sweet young lady. She paid attention to the order, got everything right (my wife ALWAYS requests tartar sauce with her popcorn shrimp. I haven't kept score, but I would guess 9/10 of the time, they bring cocktail sauce and act surprised when they are told that she asked for tartar.) Her section partner tonight was a young man named Michael, a little more seasoned, who seemed to be the perfect partner for a new waitress. He would pop in a minute or two behind Katie and make sure everything was going well, but was never condescending or disrespectful to her, he was keeping an eye out for her. I asked Michael - discreetly - how new Katie was, (just a week or two as a waitress) and we decided to give her a good natured hard time. Just as I was about to attempt to send a lemon back to the kitchen because it had too many seeds, another group sat down and began to order. It was one of the most detailed orders I had ever heard, with instructions like "I want my salad with NO iceberg lettuce, very little tomato, only a few croutons, blah blah blah blah" my wife and I felt so sorry for her, and while we were watching her get deep in the weeds, Michael grabbed one of the managers to help her. Great team work, great job of knowing when to help, and when to GET help. On the way home, I called and got hold of Tracy, the manager, as I wanted to let her know that Katie and Michael had given us an unexpected experience this evening - Katie, with her wide-eyed innocence and general demeanor, and Michael with his obvious experience and confidence backing her up. We came for a meal, and we got the pleasure of experiencing a very good team working together, building each other up, and allowing each individual's strengths to shine. We will be requesting their section every time we eat at this location in the future! Thank you Michael, for being her battle buddy, and thank you, Katie for having a great attitude, and thank you both for demonstrating that one can have a great experience without taking out a second mortgage to do so!

We come here mostly for all you can eat shrimp. Today, it was awesome! The sriracha shrimp was so good! Our server was Collin and he was great. Very attentive to our drinks, friendly and quick when it came to bringing us our refills. Really great experience today!

Excellent service & delicious food. Everything about our visit was perfect. Our waiter "Elvis" was top notch. We were celebrating our Mother's 85th birthday. I must say that Elvis can sing. A party of 10 sometimes can be a challenge. Everything went smooth. We will definitely be back.

Well I have eaten here on many occasions in the past but stopped in on a tues night it wasn't busy at all I had the endless shrimp mistake! the drinks, bread & salad came quickly. I normally enjoy ceaser salad but it tasted like it was old not very crisp like it normally is. I tried the spicy wasabi soy grilled shrimp it tasted mostly like soy sauce no no wasabi & definitely not spicy black pepper has more spice to it! The rest of the shrimp was a little better but not very good like I had expected. I guess maybe their good cooks only work the weekends.

Very rarely do I go eat at a chain restaurant. Normally the only time I eat at one is when I am with my parents in south OKC, because there aren't too many local options. My recent visit to the Red Lobster on 240 and Western reminded me why I prefer to eat local. We were cooly greeted by the hostess. She told us to have a seat, that it would be a 10 minute wait. I am not sure why, because the hostess and seating staff stood around and laughed and talked while we sat and stared at them. After a few minutes, they called our name and we were seated at a table at the back of the restaurant, past the 20 empty tables. Having that many empty tables, and being forced to wait, just makes the staff seem lazy. After a few minutes of sitting, our friendly but awkward waiter took our order. I am not sure if our evening drug out because he was slow at his job, or because the kitchen was slow. Either way, we waited entirely too long for salads, drinks, food, etc. When we needed something, like lemons, he would disappear and take forever to come back. Mind you, the restaurant was still half empty. I can only take an hour and a half of waiting until I loose my patience. My mother ordered a strawberry daquiri and it was straight syrup and barely an ice. She actually send it back and asked for an iced tea because it was inedible. As for the food, it was just so-so. I have definitely had better quality from this location in the past. My mother and I ordered the fried shrimp and coconut shrimp, and both were luke warm. The shrimp flesh was soft, instead of crisp, indicating that it wasn't fresh. My father had the tilapia cooked in a parchment bag, and he seemed to like it. I am not sure if maybe the manager wasn't there that night? I looked around for them several times. If I had seen them, I would have complained about the experience. But when they aren't visible to the customers or servers, things go wrong. Next time, I will go to Pearls for Seafood and spend my money locally with a restaurant that cares.

This Red Lobster Sucks ... The service was slow at 2:30 on a thursday that means there was very few people there to be waited on ... I had to ask 3 times for more water and the endless shrimp was not cooked all the way like they were in a hurry to just get it out to me ... I dont know whats going on at this Red Lobster but I think they need to hire some new people or fire there head manager ... This is the 2nd time here that it has been so bad ... I think I will not go back until changes are made ...

Although the service was great, the food is your typical chain restaurant quality food aka not good. The only thing I like about red lobster is their pretty tropical inspired alcoholic beverages and the rolls, but their entrees are mediocre. I don't know about dessert though, but I'm not going back to find out.

It was extremely busy the night we went so we opted to sit at the bar. The bar staff was a lot more friendly and efficient than the regular wait staff. They were attentive but not overbearing in the "Is everything OK" category. The food was great as were the drinks. My wife found a few new ones that I'll be making for her at home in the future.

Went with the bf yesterday because we were snowed in and it was right around the corner. First complaint, we went to hang out and all the people that came in were seated right next to us, like two feet to the left and two feet behind even though the restaurant was empty. We couldnt even clown like we usually do because we didnt want to offend our neighbors. Server was nice, we got what we were craving, which was cheddar biscuits and she refilled them at least 3 times. ( I swear we at at least 8 biscuits a piece. BF had pick 3 with steak, shrimp linguini and coconut shrimp. I had crab legs with corn and potatoes. I was surprised the red potatoes were fried, i wanted to save at least 5 calories but, hey, I didnt ask. my crab legs were great. He liked his steak and pasta, but the coconut shrimp werent really crispy and didnt taste like coconut, just breaded. All in all, the cheddar biscuits saved the day.

Felt like having some seafood tonight. Had the new Bar Harbor Lobster Bake (which had lobster, scallops, shrimp and mussels over a bed of linguini). It was great! I went early, since it was Sunday night. It wasn't too busy since it was Superbowl Sunday.

Went in for lunch. Salad very crisp and bread supurb as always. The restaurant did not have a spoon to give me to stir my tea. I had to use a fork. The fried shrimp was not to good.
